Use Login → Forgot Password and follow the email link (valid 30 minutes).

Annual and Lifetime options; fees on the Membership page. Annual auto-renews with prior notice.

Verify email and enable Newsletter toggle in Profile. Optional WhatsApp broadcast list available.

Yes—use the Alumni Jobs page to filter, save and apply.

Signup checks Student ID, passing year and department; admins contact you if anything mismatches.

Q. How do I apply for membership? ›

Fill the online membership form and upload basic details (Name, Batch, Student ID, Phone, Email). Pay the membership fee via card/bank/mobile wallet. You’ll receive a confirmation email within 24–48 hours.

Q. How can I update my contact information? ›

Log in to your alumni dashboard → Profile → Edit. Update phone, email, current organization and address, then press Save. Changes are instant.

Q. What events are coming up, and how can I participate? ›

Visit the Events page for reunions, workshops and career talks. Click an event card to see details and register. You’ll get a ticket email and calendar invite automatically.

Q. How can I contribute to the Alumni Scholarship Program? ›

Go to Give / Scholarships. Choose one-time or recurring support, set an amount, and complete payment. You’ll receive a tax receipt and yearly impact report.

Q. I forgot my password. How can I reset it? ›

Click Login → Forgot Password, enter your registered email, and follow the link we send. The link stays valid for 30 minutes.

We offer Annual and Lifetime memberships. Fees appear on the Membership page and can be paid online. Annual plans auto-renew (you’ll be notified 7 days before renewal).

Ensure your email is verified (Profile → Email). Toggle Subscribe to newsletter. You can also join the WhatsApp broadcast list from the same page.

Q. Is there a job board for alumni? ›

Yes—see Alumni Jobs. Filter by role, industry and location. Save jobs, set alerts, and apply directly or via company links.

Q. How is alumni identity verified? ›

During signup we validate your DIU Student ID, passing year and department against our records. If your details don’t match, our admin team will contact you for confirmation.

Q. How does the site handle my data and privacy? ›

We follow strict data protection: encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and limited admin access. You can download or delete your data from Profile → Privacy Controls.
